The decision between Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon ultimately depends on your personal preferences. Both games offer a similar gameplay experience with some differences in exclusive Pokemon and story elements. Consider which version's exclusive content appeals to you more, such as certain legendary Pokemon or version-specific features. Additionally, you may want to choose based on which version your friends are playing to facilitate trading and battling. Ultimately, both games are highly rated and enjoyable, so you can't go wrong with either choice. **

In Pokemon Ultra Moon, there is a mechanic called "obedience" where traded Pokemon may not obey the player if they are at too high of a level. This is to encourage players to train and bond with their own Pokemon rather than relying solely on traded ones. If a traded Pokemon's level is too high, it may not obey the player's commands in battle until they have obtained a certain number of gym badges. This mechanic is in place to maintain balance and encourage players to use their own trained Pokemon. **

In the Ultra edition of Pokemon games, there is a feature called the "level limit" where traded Pokemon above a certain level may not obey the player until they have obtained a certain number of gym badges. This is to prevent players from using over-leveled traded Pokemon early in the game. However, once the player has obtained the required number of gym badges, all Pokemon will obey the player regardless of their level. **

The choice between Pokemon X and Pokemon Ultra Moon ultimately depends on your personal preferences. Pokemon X offers a unique region, new Pokemon, and Mega Evolutions, while Pokemon Ultra Moon provides an alternate storyline, new features like Ultra Beasts, and the ability to capture Legendary Pokemon. If you prefer a more traditional Pokemon experience with Mega Evolutions, Pokemon X may be the better choice. However, if you are interested in a different storyline and new gameplay elements, Pokemon Ultra Moon could be the game for you. **
