Both bare-knuckle boxing and regular boxing pose significant health risks, but bare-knuckle boxing may be more harmful due to the increased risk of cuts, fractures, and other injuries to the hands and face. Additionally, the lack of padding in bare-knuckle boxing can lead to more severe head trauma. However, both forms of boxing can result in long-term brain damage and other health issues, so it is important for participants to be aware of the risks and take necessary precautions to protect their health. **
